Where do your tours start and finish?
All regular departures leave from Banja Luka and return to the city the same day, unless otherwise stated. Free downtown pick-up can be arranged at booking time.
What kinds of tours do you offer?
We run half- and full-day experiences including a Banja Luka city tour, rafting on the Vrbas, a traditional dayak boat ride, and nature trips to Krupa na Vrbasu and beyond.

What’s included in the price?
Each package page lists the exact inclusions. A typical tour covers transport & driver, a local guide, all entrance fees and activity gear (e.g. helmet, vest and paddle for rafting). Meals are included on higher-tier options.
Are your activities suitable for beginners and families?
Yes. For example, rafting on the Vrbas is run by licensed skippers and is “available to everyone — regardless of age or experience.” We also tailor walking speed and terrain to the group
Durations range from 2-3 h (basic rafting) to 7-8 h (full “Adrenaline Day”). City and cultural trips usually last 4-5 h. Exact times appear in each package description.
Which languages do your guides speak?
All guides are fluent in English and Bosnian/Serbian/Croatian. A German-speaking guide is available on request—please mention this when booking.
Do you arrange accommodation, flights or multi-day itineraries?
Absolutely. Bosnia Getaway can handle “flights, stays, transport, activities, even local tips.” Just tell us your dates and we’ll build a custom package.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 48 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations 24-48 h before departure receive a 50 % refund; within 24 h the tour is non-refundable.
Comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle. For rafting bring swimwear and a towel—safety gear is provided.
Are special diets or allergies accommodated?
Yes. Just note any dietary restrictions in the booking form or email us after reserving and we’ll arrange an alternative meal.
